Happy Day!
by Rosemary ~ September 20th, 2007My husband and son have been in Malaysia for the last ten days, and I’m very happy to say they’re coming home today!
Harry’s been teaching and counseling at our denomination’s Asia-Pacific missionary retreat. The regional Asian food was less than palatable and they are definitely ready for a good home-cooked dinner. I am more than delighted to be able to do that for them. Come on home to me, guys!

Happy Day, indeed! Have they requested a particular home-cooked meal? Whenever my dad traveled in Asia, he’d take boxes of granola bars to survive upon because his taste buds did not agree with Asian cuisine. When he’d call mom to tell her he was coming home, he’d ask her to prepare lentils and rice–a real favorite for him. Enjoy!

Yea! Glad to hear things went well. There is nothing like coming home after being away for awhile…..and they have so much to come home to.
