Childhood revisited
by Rosemary ~ January 23rd, 2008
Just thought you might be interested in seeing exactly who the girls were who dressed chickens in doll clothes and paraded them around in doll prams. My sister Rachel is the sweet little thing holding her Betsy-Wetsy Tiny Tears doll and I’m the one posing as though for a portrait. Notice the trailer in the background? While pulling that trailer with our tractor, I drove over my brother! Dan, if you read this, that event is still one of my proudest moments. You weren’t hurt, were you? Nah.
Now that I’ve learned the amazing art of scanning pictures and actually posting them all by myself, watch out. I have loads of old pictures, some of which I’m not too proud to let you see….

One day I’ll learn to scan — I’ve taken digital pictures of old pictures from time to time just so that I could post them. Scanning is definitely the way to go! I love seeing the old pictures — and the stories that go with them!
I love the look of this blog — warm, inviting, cozy. And the header is perfect!

This is a wonderful photo. I’m so glad you are scanner friendly now. I love your pose, the dress, the socks, and shoes! Those were the days…
