Cheerful holiness

by Rosemary ~ August 14th, 2007

“Cheerful holiness is the most forcible of sermons, but the Lord must give it to you. Seek it this morning before you go into the world. When it is the Lord’s work in which we rejoice, we need not be afraid of being too glad.” ~Charles H. Spurgeon

You, O Lord, have made me glad by your work. ~Psalm 92:4

A cheerful holiness. The most forcible of sermons. I’m going to start asking for that every morning.
